Sign-up begins at 6. sets begin at 7. You have 15 or 20 minutes to perform, (or less if you want), depending on how many sign up.

Come join us as The Downtown Market creates a mind and body center, where we will offer movement and meditation classes!

Today we started with a lunchtime meditation series with Sophia Ojha who will be doing a Visual Journey Meditation from 1pm to 2pm every Wed. Journey with Sophia as she guides you to a place of relaxation for body and mind. Bring a cushion, blanket and some water. Love offerings welcome!

We welcome practitioners of body, mind and spirit to use our new space and we want to offer movement classes, meditation, seminars and workshops which will benefit our local Asheville bioregion, and its many healers and teachers. Come join us!

The New Downtown Market is looking for new vendors to fill booth spaces.
